1. Why Exercise?
Many things are important to a person’s health, fitness, and longevity. Exercise is one of the most important. There is complete agreement among general medical practitioners, heart specialists, and sports medicine doctors that exercise of sufficient intensity, duration, and frequency has many benefits. These benefits include, but are not limited to, improved cardiovascular fitness, lowered risk of heart attack, improved mental alertness, improved sleep, increased longevity, increased endurance, reduced fatigue, and lower blood pressure. Here at Rapid Rehab Elite Fitness our goal is to provide our clients with the latest wellness information and technology as well as the most qualified exercise specialists in the region to assist them on their journey to improved health.
2. Who trains me?
Rapid Rehab Elite Fitness selects each program director or private instructor in accordance with his or her education, instructor certifications, personality styles, and market experience. The most important aspect of our approach to exercise is the integration of the biomechanical and kinesiological expertise of our highly regarded physical therapists and Pilates instructors into our resistance training techniques. This not only provides for an effective workout regimen, but a safe one as well.
3. Why do I need a trainer?
Fitness is not a “one size fits all” endeavor. Rapid Rehab’s private instructors specialize in physical assessment and program design in accordance with each client’s goals and interests.
In addition to our instructors providing motivation and information, we believe it crucial to exercise in an environment that is safe, stable, enjoyable, and effective. We, therefore, require our fitness professionals to carry nationally accredited exercise instruction certifications, or academic credentials in the fields of Exercise Science. It is our goal to match your energy with our energy and provide you the most enjoyable and effective solution for your continuing wellness.
